As much as i know most of us are fan of Windows-7 operating system because of it's good looking Interface. Open with a new tab to see larger image. Every theme have different button, wallpapers. They all are different from each other. For applying these theme you need the Universal theme Patcher. Don't worry. Download and extract the file into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\ folder.
