Capture that you see on Monitor

You can capture any picture when you are in XP/Win-7 like this one-

If you wish to take a snapshot during playing a game simply press the Print Screen SysRq button from your keyboard Then Click on start\Programs\Accessories\Paint\ & press ctrl+v or edit\paste from the paint menu. At last save it to your favorable format & location.
