If your folder opens in a different Window each time you have 2 ways to fix it.
1. Firstly, open My Computer
2. From the Tools menu select Folder Options...
3. From General tab select “Open each folder in the same window” & hit OK.
4. If it brings no changes of your current System you can be sure about computer virus
So, the second option is now available, Install any Antivirus software like Avira, Kaspersky McAfee & scan your full system.
