Use Pendrive as RAM

 Windows XP

You can take more advantages from Pen Drive. Such as, you can use it as a RAM Drive. For this purpose your Pen Drive will be least 2GB.

1. Format it & rename it as RAM Drive.

2. Right click on My Computer & go to advanced tab then select Performance setting.

3. At the bottom side it will show Memory & another 2 box will appear

4. Less 5 point from every box & hit OK.Apply & restart PC.

5. Do not remove Pen Drive until you discard the changes

or,

1. First insert your Pen Drive format it.

2. Then right click on My Computer & go to Properties\Advanced\Performance settings\Advanced\Change\

3. Select your pen drive & select custom size. (Remember about your pen drive space)

4. Enter same size in Initial & Maximum column

5. Restart computer & see!

Windows-7

Vista & Windows-7 are the latest form of Operating System. These Os supplies more reliability & advantages than the others. Such as, we can use a 4GB pen drive as RAM through these Os. It will help us a lot to play high performances game like Fifa-11. You can see the difference yourself. To come through this method first insert your pen drive format it & go to Properties\Ready Boost\. Then select your Pen Drive & apply Ok.

See your computer’s performance & speed has increase too! Do not eject the pen drive until you disable the feature by going to the same given destination.
