Turn off Recent Docs History in 7

Win-7 stores all the document you see on your computer in recent document history. It will be a threat for your privacy. To disable this feature Right click on task-bar select Properties. Then navigate to start menu. Uncheck the 2nd box called "Store & display recently opened items..."
