Internet Download Manager is the best tool for downloading file through Internet. It has great resume support. It increase internet speed with it’s 7 server engine. It can be integrated with almost all web browsers; see the screenshot
or, manually go to Downloads\Options\Use advanced browser integration- mark this for ok
IDM can download all kind of file. Go to Downloads\Options\File types\ then type your file name such as jar, sis, swf etc. If you want to download youtube video or flash video type FLV in the box & hit OK.
To enjoy the IDM toolbar option download the zip file which contains both- IDM & it's toolbar.
Extract all files from zip file to IDM Root Folder\Toolbar\ (Recommende for going on C:\Program files\Internet download manager\Toolbar\" by default)
Restart Internet Download Manager (Pick Exit from right bottom side of task bar. Then start IDM again from Windows Start menu). IDM will add the new toolbar look to View\Toolbar\ menu.
