Ulead Gif Animator is a useful tool for creating gif animation. You can import, crop, resize any video to create a gif animation too. But keep a glance at video duration (highest 20 seconds or it will take more time to expand frames). Or you will create image slide-show animation by animation wizard option from the file menu.
